🍓 This recipe was a hit!!! 🍓

#strawberryfrozenyogurt for the win!

The easiest treat I’ve made (and healthy to boot!!!)

Everyone gobbled it up!

Here’s the original recipe from the Toms of Maine PR event I went to and I did a few modifications:

1 lb of Strawberries (or how many you have available)

2 Tbsps of sugar (I used one teaspoon of agave nectar instead and it was perfectly sweetened!!)

1 Tsp vanilla @rodellevanilla

3 cups of yogurt @maison_riviera

2/3 cup of honey (I used 1 cup of honey, it was perfect)

2 Tbsps light corn syrup (I didn’t even use this to be honest)

1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

1️⃣Preheat oven to 300 degrees

2️⃣Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, toss together strawberries, vanilla and sugar and cover the baking sheet with strawberries.

3️⃣Roast for 30-40 minutes, let them cool to room temperature, then mash the strawberries.

4️⃣In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, corn syrup and salt and add the mashed strawberries and mix well.

5️⃣Cover and refrigerate for a few hours until very cold.

6️⃣Transfer to a freezer container and put it in the freezer.

Voila! It was DELISH!!!!!
