We recently celebrated Benny’s 6th birthday at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre at Vaughan Mills. We’re regular visitors at Legoland and have had birthday parties in the past there but this one stood out for us for three main reasons:

1. The staff
2. The food/offerings
3. The activities

STAFF:

Truthfully, the staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make our experience one to remember. They made sure our room was set up and tended to the needs of our guests. It was really great to see staff that care about the guest experience and make such an effort to produce a well oiled machine. You see from the time guests enter the party room (usually set at a specific time once play has happened) till the time they leave, the staff are there handing out food/drink and making sure everything is going smoothly.

The bonus of having your party at LEGOLAND might be obvious (besides the fun activities) the fact that you as the parent DON’T need to do any set up or the dreaded clean up!! They take care of all the mess for you! You basically come, hang your hat, and that’s it! They provide ALL the paper products (plates, cups, napkins, flatware!!) Also there’s multiple staff to help!! I wanted to hand out the pizza but the staff said for me to enjoy and it was awesome. It’s hard to immerse yourself and have fun at your kids parties because of all the running around you need to do and making sure all your guests are A-ok! 😉 LEGOLAND takes care of all of this, so you don’t have too!

FOOD:

LEGOLAND has various party packages and they include food! We ordered the cheese pizzas (you can have your choice of cheese, pepperoni or a combination of the two). We found the pizza to be fresh and the kids loved the taste! They also offer your choice of two beverage options with unlimited refills (think pop/juice and water). They also provide the cake!! You have a choice of chocolate or vanilla or a combination of the two. What I loved about the cake is that they slice it for you, hand it out for you and you don’t need to bring anything!! They even provide candles!!

ACTIVITES:

There’s so much to do at LEGOLAND! From playing with lego, to going on the Merlin’s Apprentice ride to watching a 4D film, LEGOLAND has it all! They also have a new section of Lego Hidden Side which has a bunch of consoles for loads of fun!! LEGOLAND is suited for young kids (Duplo and various attractions) to older kids (lego building workshops) and everything in between. It truly is the destination for everything to do with LEGO!

The really awesome EXTRA neat thing about booking a premium party at LEGOLAND is you get a private model builder workshop where each child gets to take home their LEGO model! This year we took out the workshop portion and instead used those toys as part of the loot bags for the party, it was a HUGE hit!

I would strongly recommend booking your next birthday party at LEGOLAND, trust me you’ll be so glad you did!!
